Processing Time

Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges, when applicable, are calculated at checkout based on the items ordered and their delivery destination. Available shipping promotions are applied at checkout.

Combined Shipping

If you purchase multiple items, we'll combine shipping whenever possible and refund any significant shipping overage.

Packaging

We carefully package each item using appropriate protective materials, particularly for fragile or delicate vintage pieces. We also reuse clean, sturdy packaging materials whenever practical.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
